Abstract
The phenomenon of productivity improvement has been researched upon by applying mixed method approach. The quantitative model is included to assist the qualitative data with statistics. The findings are validated by taking on board a panel of experts who deduce facts and further on recommend the suitability and effects of six sigma strategies. It is suggested that trends to maximize the possibility of realistic goals should be implemented by following a cyclic process of productivity improvement. Six Sigma influence is particularly useful in proposing the training outline for the team players and to build a smooth communication network between management and the work force. Calculated measures ensure continuous growth and stability of the organization hence making it more result oriented.
