Abstract

It was the purpose of this study to compare the selection and circulation policies of the sixteen Regional Educational Media Centers. Each of the Regional Educational Media Centers was given the opportunity to function as its advisory boards designates within the guidelines set forth by the State Department of Public Instruction and the federal limitations as to funding.
