Abstract
In today's world of rapidly advancing computer technology, computer literacy is fast becoming an educational necessity for the future. As this advance is being made, by the majority of our society, it is becoming apparent that the problem of inequity in computer access and education may be closing the door to computer literacy on the minority populations of our society.
