Abstract
The goal of this project is to create a translational network between canine and humans for the purpose of discovering new drug target interactions both for canine and human diseases. This is the first phase of our larger project to create a Non-Euclidean ML algorithm for Systems Biology between these two species.
This summer we have been specifically focusing on data mining biomedical knowledge that will be used to train a ML algorithm that will be developed in phase two of this project.
