Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine and describe the nature and extent of worksite nonsmoking policies of selected organizations and agencies in the Cedar Falls/Waterloo, IA metropolitan area. Subproblems were to identify procedures related to policy enforcement, documented benefits, incentives for compliance, and disciplinary measures for noncompliance.
