Abstract

This literature review aims to identify what elements define quality preschool inclusion. The Inclusive Classroom Profile (ICP) is a measure discussed for quality improvement purposes. The challenges that arise with quality inclusion are also explored. The Project Approach (PA) is explained, including the benefits of the approach, along with the successes and challenges it presents when implementing it in an inclusive classroom. The conclusion of this literature review includes recommendations for educational policies and practices and a recommendation for future research regarding quality inclusion and the implementation of the PA.
