Abstract
An organization has different resources available to use in meeting its objectives. These resources are monetary resources, raw materials, capital investments, and human resources. Today's organizations are finding it necessary to develop their employees (human resources) into a more productive, satisfied work force, thereby making efficient use of all resources. Human resource development and particularly training and development programs become critical.
