Abstract
As I began thinking about going into education when I was younger, I really felt a strong need and desire to deal with people. I really wanted to work with people and share my ideas with everyone -- both young and old. Thinking about what I wanted to do when I grew up, and trying to figure out what college to go to, I had some guidance which has influenced me to pursue education and now administration. I grew up in a family who are administrators at the junior and high school levels. My father is an associate principal at a junior high in Cedar Rapids and one of my uncles is the principal at that same junior high. My other uncle is an associate principal at the high school. All three work for the same district.
