Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate job satisfaction and perceptions of job related stress. The study sought to examine the roles of variables such as years of experience, school size, grade levels served by the media specialist, sex of the media specialist, full- or part-time employment status as a media specialist in the perception of stress. The study also examined changes in stress perceptions of school media specialists between 1980 and 1985.
