The plan uses Johnson Elementary School of the Cedar Rapids Community School District as an example for the restructuring idea of interactive learning. The model is organized to compliment the overall strategy of the Cedar Rapids Community School District. The plan is presented in six basic steps: 1) understand the corporate mission and objectives, 2) analyze the situation and environment, 3) determine the goals and objectives, 4) develop the marketing strategies to achieve the desired goals, 5) design an action plan to implement the strategies, and 6) determine the procedures for evaluation.
