Abstract
In recent times, many companies have undertaken broad-based quality improvement training programs. Also, the construct of employee self-efficacy promises additional insights in to understanding and enhancing training efforts. The focus of this paper is to assess the effectiveness of quality training in organizations and the role of self-efficacy to further this effectiveness as part of company-wide development efforts.
