Abstract
The purpose of this study is to develop, for use by teachers of beginning bookkeeping, a set of practical discussion problems taken from actual business situations involving bookkeeping transactions. These problems are based upon information obtained from interviews and discussions with businessmen. Actual procedures and practices followed by local businessmen, which are thought to be of benefit in better interpreting bookkeeping theory, are included in the problems.
