Abstract
One of the new paths being tried by the Cedar Rapids schools is the home room guidance and activity program. The plan was the result of a two year study of a committee of teachers working under the supervision of the Director of Secondary Education. Considering the time and effort spent on the project, it is only reasonable to assume that there should be some measure of evaluation to see how the objectives are being met. That evaluation is the purpose of this research.
