Abstract

On October 23, 2007 at 8:00 pm, Philipp Gulidov presented a recital in Davis Hall at the University of Northern Iowa. It was presented in partial fulfillment of the Master of Music degree in performance. The program consisted of J.S. Bach 's Suite No. 3 for Cello Solo in C major, BWV 1009, Brahms' Sonata for Cello and Piano in E minor, op. 38, Bach 's Aria from Orchestral Suite in D major, BWV 1068, Minuet by Guiseppe Valentini, Vocalise by Rachmaninoff, op. 34, No. 14, Prokofiev's March from Opera "The Love for Three Oranges" arranged by Mstislav Rostropovich, and Melody by Anton Rubinstein, arranged by David Popper.
