Abstract

Carmelita Guse, soprano, presented a graduate voice recital on Friday, October 17, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. in Davis Hall of the Gallagher-Bluedorn Performing Arts Center on the University of Northern Iowa campus. The recital was given in partial fulfillment of the requirements of the Master of Music degree in Vocal Performance. It was presented in collaboration with pianist Kyung Lee, and contained art songs by Henry Purcell, Gustav Mahler, Ernest Chausson, and a cycle of spirituals by John Carter.
