Abstract
This researcher predicted that there was a lack of knowledge and attention given to family needs of employees and family-oriented personnel policy and programs among non profit human service organizations. The survey research looks at the differences in need and opinion among (a) Dual-Career families, (b) Single-Career families (c) Single-Parent families, (d) Working persons without children under age 12, and (e) by Gender.
