Abstract

Individual instruction is a major feature that makes cooperative education programs truly individualized and student-centered. It was the purpose of this study (1) to determine which individual instruction methods used by Iowa's secondary school distributive education coordinators best met the expected goals of their respective cooperative programs; and (2) to determine which individualized instructional methods were used most frequently by these coordinators.
