  • Nearly half (46%) of all adults aged 30 years or older show signs of gum disease; severe gum disease affects about 9% of adults, it is also involves the gums and their supporting tissues, the palate, the lining of the mouth and throat, the tongue, the lips, the salivary glands, the chewing muscles, the nerves, and the bones of the upper and lower jaws.
  • Brushing your teeth is an incredibly important part of taking care of your oral health and daily hygiene. Dentists recommend that you should brush your teeth twice a day for periods of at least two minutes to achieve adequate results and promote oral health.
