Alt text: The back of a vintage postcard is oriented horizontally. The text "post card" is printed in the center top along with the publisher's drawing of a woman's torso on the left. The woman has dark hair and is seen in profile, looking to the right. A green one-cent U.S. postage stamp is in the top right corner along with two postmarks, one showing Chaseburg, Wisconsin, June 7, 1911, 9 a.m. and one showing De Soto, Wisconsin, 1911. A line divides the left side, labeled "This side for correspondence," from the right side, which is labeled "This side for address." A handwritten message on the left side reads, "June 3, 1911. Dear sister, How are you. We are all well but Earnest. He has two abcesses one on hip, one on his back. We took him to the doctor C. H. Trowbridge Saturday and had them opened. He is better now. When are you coming out. Come soon. Come sooner. How do you like this card." It is signed, "Laura." The right side is addressed to Miss Olive Caveno, De Soto, Wisconsin. A band below the postcard has the text "Palczewski Suffrage Postcard Archive."
