p>Alt text: The back of a vintage postcard. The text "post card" is printed in the center top. A one-cent U.S. postage stamp is in the top right corner, along with a postmark showing Oneonta, New York, July 7, 1915. A line divides the left side, labeled "This side for correspondence," from the right side, which is labeled "This side for address." Handwritten text on the left side is difficult to read, but says in part, "Dear Friend, Will answer your card you gave me some time ago. Well I am enjoying life in Oneonta now and am having a pretty good time. We are all [illegible] now because papa has smashed his foot and can't do anything at all. Write me a letter and I will answer." The right side is addressed to Miss Helena Northrup, Otego, New York, R. D. number 2. A band below the postcard has the text "Palczewski Suffrage Postcard Archive."
