Alt text: The back of a vintage postcard with a divided back format. The top center features the text "Post Card" in decorative, stylized lettering. The left half has the instructions "This space may be used for communication" and includes handwritten text, "Hello Folks, I will be home Friday evening as far as I know now. I will tell you all the news then. Good-bye, Edna." The right half has four horizontal lines for the address and the instruction "The address only to be written here" and includes the handwritten address that reads, "Mr. F. M. Curtis, Augusta, Illinois." The top right corner has green one-cent U.S. postage stamp. A postmark shows, "Bowen, Illinois, October 30, 1912, 6 p.m." A small decorative logo, consisting of an arrow through a stylized script, is near the left border.
