Description

Classroom communities make sense of what's being investigated through discussions. They are the key to ensuring all students' ideas are shared and valued. This session focuses on the types of discussions in OpenSciEd used to help draw out student ideas, negotiate and refine them, and support communicating in scientific ways. Participants will engage in a mini-lesson and connect discussion types to OSE routines.
