Abstract
By understanding the tactics and tools that are most likely to result in positive support of an organization, non-profits are better able to effectively use their marketing resources for maximum benefit. Marketing, image, brand and public relations are essential to an organization who wishes to grow its circle of influence. Non profits who are able to best utilize these strategies will have a competitive advantage when competing for finite philanthropic dollars.
