Abstract
Spotify competes in the audio streaming industry. According to its site, “We are the world’s most popular audio streaming subscription service with more than 551 million users, including 220 million subscribers in more than 180 markets.” (Spotify, 2023). Although the company began in music streaming when they launched in 2008, they now offer podcasts and audio books. Spotify offers, “[O]ver 100 million tracks, 5 million podcast titles, and 350,000 audiobooks…” (Spotify, 2023).
