Abstract

The entries that I used for this portfolio are entries one, two, and four. Entry one is Designing Science Instruction. In this entry, I demonstrate how I link instructional activities together to promote students' understanding of an important scientific concept along with the development of one or more related process goals. The students chosen represented different types of challenges for me. I included three instructional activities, related instructional materials, two student responses to each activity, and a written commentary.
