Abstract
The main goals for teaching science in the 21 st Century have not changed drastically over the last 40 years. Science educators still aim to prepare their students to thrive in a changing world. Our goals are to instill curiosity, have students think in complex ways, and be creative problem solvers. Teachers still want students to critically analyze data and predict how these results will influence factors.
