Abstract
The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between social support, exercise self-efficacy, and self-regulation on perceived wellness (physical, emotional, social, intellectual, psychological, and spiritual) among college students. It is hypothesized that those with higher exercise self-efficacy and self-regulation will also have high perceived wellness. Relationships among social support with the social, physical, and emotional sub-dimensions of perceived wellness will also be researched. Specifically, the type of social support given as a reflection on individuals' perceived wellness will be researched.
