Abstract
The goal is to identify the market factors that cause produce consumption to increase and the indicators that cause consumption to decrease. Determining the relationship between each economic factor and produce intake will help explain the effect of economics on the health aspects of fruits and vegetable consumption. Economic indicators that cause fruit and vegetable consumption to increase can be said to have a positive effect on health, while factors that cause intake to fall can be said to have a negative effect on health.
