Abstract
Wall-to-Wall Children" is an account of the methods used and the problems encountered in establishing a new elementary library at Frances Grout Elementary School in Waterloo, Iowa and a survey of its first year of operation with a compilation of plans for its future. The philosophies and gui1elines established are explored and tested in relation to the total elementary school experience.
