Abstract
The purpose of this research was the examination of press shop production methods. The study was conducted in order to enhance the future productivity of the press fabrication department and provide manufacturing part cost reductions. This research examined data from new production methods and attempted to apply those concepts to problems that prevented the press shop from reaching its full potential.
