Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of student-instructor interaction on college student's performance of CBT. The experimental groups of students utilized the CBT program, PageMaker 6.5 (Adobe Corporation), focusing on the setting tabs instruction (Appendix A) featured in the help menu. The treatment group received high interaction between the student and the instructor. The other group utilized the same curriculum and CBT program as the treatment group. There was low student-instructor interaction for this control group. The researcher then compared the effect of interaction received by each group, on the student performance, which was measured by speed and efficiency.
