Abstract
The purpose of the study is (1) to investigate pertinent literature and industries for the purpose of learning how the powder metallurgy process is carried out; (2) to construct a set of dies to press metal powder; (3) to use this equipment to press and sinter specimens; (4) to develop a unit of study on powder metallurgy suitable for use in an introductory metal class.
