What are the physics and mechanics involved in the static and dynamic balance of rotating mechanisms in the automobile? To what degree is balance necessary in the various mechanisms? What machines are available for balancing the various mechanisms? What are the skills involved in the balance of these mechanisms? How can the materials available best be organized into a unit which can be used in the industrial arts power and automotive programs?
