Abstract
The purposes of this study were to develop and implement a computerized reporting system that would meet the following criteria:
1. Be capable of handling the reporting needs of the entire industrial engineering department.
2. Produce accurate reports.
3. Be simple to use and maintain.
4. Be flexible, so that new reports could be included.
5. Be adaptable to any industrial engineering or staff department.
