Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the literature which deals with various student development programs which have been implemented in residence halls and the effects such programs have had on students' development. Specifically, the following questions were addressed: 1. What types of programs have been implemented in residence halls that utilize Student Development concepts? 2. Have these programs enhanced the educational growth of students?
