Abstract
Headaches affect nearly everyone at some point in time during their lives. It has been estimated that over one-half of the world's population suffers at one time or another from recurring headaches (Friedman & Frazier, 1973). There is a growing body of literature about the cause and treatment of chronic headache pain (Blanchard, Andrasik, Ahles, Teders, O'Keefe, 1980).
