Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to present the information about year-round education programs as they pertain to students and teachers, to review the literature concerning year-round education research results, and to help educators make an informed decision concerning the possible implementation of year-round education programs in their district. It is the intention of the writer to omit any information or research pertaining to the cost of implementing year-round education programs.
