Abstract
Every country in the world has its share of problems. But what makes the problems of Soviet-type societies noteworthy is that they are faced with the total overhaul of the entire social structure(1). The deepening crisis of Soviet type societies once again raises a painful theoretical question about the nature of these social systems. © 1992, Emerald Backfiles
