Abstract
This chapter introduces the Handbook on Well-Being of Working Women. We outline the scope and organization of the handbook and highlight the themes provided by each chapter. Taken together, the chapters of this handbook provide a comprehensive view of the complexities of the relationship between women and well-being in the workplace and provide bold and cutting edge scholarship related to this very timely and important topic.
