Description
This comprehensive and easy-to-use curriculum is based on the principles of Rational Emotive Therapy. It helps students learn to overcome irrational beliefs, negative feelings and attitudes, and the negative consequences that may result. The curriculum consists of two volumes -- one for grades 1-6 and one for grades 7-12. Each volume contains 90 field-tested activities that are carefully arranged by grade level.
