Abstract

This session will focus on how to intentionally cultivate the competencies necessary for a culture of excellence, and specifically integrity, in higher education. The session will present the current research-based culture shaping framework being advanced by The Robert D. and Billie Ray Center in both higher education and major corporations. The framework includes assessment, data-driven planning, research-based education deliverables, and proactive coaching and support.
