Abstract
Mariya Akhadjanova performed her graduate recital on March 22, 2018 at 6 p.m. in Davis Hall at the Gallagher-Bluedorn Performing Arts Center. This recital was given in partial fulfillment of the requirement for her Master of Music degree in Piano Performance. The recital program consisted of Partita No. 3 in A minor, BWV 827 by Johann Sebastian Bach, Piano Sonata in A major, D. 959 by Franz Schubert; and Gargoyles, Op. 29 by Lowell Liebermann. In this abstract, the performed pieces will be discussed in further detail.
