Abstract

Seasons is a collection of poetry and prose born out of the experiences of everyday life. The themes of birth, love, war, aging, dying, sports, and personal identity are explored and constructed around the seasons of the calendar using the conventions and traditions of each form-free verse, the elegy, haiku, the pantoum, the sonnet, the triolet, and the short story.
