Abstract
Individuals differ widely in their ability to associate classroom theory with actual practice. Because of these differences, teacher educating institutions have found it necessary to provide their prospective teachers with a series of developmental experiences which will increase their effectiveness as public school teachers. Th series of developmental experiences must be well planned and based upon a sound educational philosophy.
