Abstract
The purpose of this study is threefold . First, to determine the job duties of the educational office worker in the Lawrence, Kansas, Public School system and the areas in which pre-training is needed. Second, to prepare a list of duties common to all school office trainees to be used for the preparation of more adequate instructional materials for Specific Job Learnings for the trainees in school offices. Third, to prepare a list of specific job duties for each school training work station.
