Abstract
One of the big problems of the present mass educational program in America is how can the educational program be organized so each child has an opportunity to satisfy his needs. Although there is no completely satisfactory answer to this question, one attempt to solve this problem has been the establishment of guidance programs in schools. For the purpose of this study the writer is assuming that guidance is an essential part of education and consequently needed in school.
