Abstract
The public school was established to educate youth; and the state has delegated responsibility to school boards, administrators, and teachers for the accomplishment of this end. While the citizens through their representatives create school laws the local community retains many means for determining the program of its own public school. Thus it would seem highly desirable for public school personnel to know the opinions held by the parents about various parts of the school program.
