Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the comprehensiveness of the South Winneshiek Community High School, a school having less than one hundred members in the graduating class. Further, it was to suggest recommendations based on Dr. Conant's proposals, in order to provide the highest quality of education possible at this school.
