Abstract
There are very few people who are not earnestly interested in education, especially if they have children of their own enrolled in school. Nearly all of these people realize that the school is one of the most important agencies which exert an influence upon their children and which should provide them with the tools to develop for themselves a future of the type parents normally desire for their children. This, plus the fact that education is publicly-supported, makes a vast majority of the people of our country vitally interested in our system of public education.
