Abstract
The proposed elementary string class method embraces the following classical instruments: the violin, viola, violoncello (cello) and double bass (string bass, contrabass or bass). An elementary class may consist of any group of grade school or junior high students, or any group of beginners. The Q approach recommended may also be called the white key (piano terminology) or natural scale approach. This system may be better understood by a study of the discussion to follow.
